ModusHockey strength coaching enables you to get the most out of your athletic potential. A good coach realizes that each person is unique in their abilities and their response to fitness programs. We customize each routine to the athlete’s individualized Modus in private and group settings. Our scientific multifaceted approach breaks away from conventional strength routines to improve your performance. We improve upon your weaknesses while developing your strengths.

ModusHockey is directed by former college hockey player and multi-sport athlete Tyler Kugler. He bases his routines off of his athletic experience and educational background. With degrees in Kinesiology and Nutrition his coaching foundation comes from science and experience. Our programs focus is designed to improve abilities while reducing injuries, giving you the keys to increased strength, explosiveness, endurance, stickhandling, agility, and flexibility.
